She was predeceased by : her parents, Jake Douma and Elmira Douma (Edwards); and her husband Lawrence. She is survived by : her children, Velda Handler of Nehalem, Lynn Underhill of Tualatin and D. W. Underhill of Bethany; and her grandchildren, Chad Handler, Elkie Underhill, Bekah Barnett (Jim) and Jason Underhill. She is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great Great Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
