She is survived by : her husband John Phillips of Union; her children, George of Union and Cathy of Boise; and her siblings, Wayne Fahsholtz of Wyoming, Pat Boothman of La Grande and Jacque Fahsholtz of Idaho. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
