He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, America and John; his wife Shirley Romine; his granddaughters, Tiffany McLay (Craig Smyth), Danielle Biggs (Joshua), Erica McElroy (James) and Kelly Jones (Kit); his great grandchildren, Liam, Kate, Davis Jones, Weston McElroy and Jack Biggs; his grandson Nate McKinney (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Haylee, Bradee and Nate, Jr.; his grandsons, Brad McKinney (Cassie) and Mina; his great grandchild Shawn Sims (Sheryl); his grandparents, Joe, Pearl Harrod, Calvin and Cora Garman; his parents, William Earl and Edith Harrod; his brother Donnie Joe Harrod; his children, Robert Harrod, Jr. of Payette, ID and Lynn McKinney (Scott); his siblings, Tom Harrod (Carol), Larry Harrod (Kathy) of Palm Desert, CA, Allison Steele (Leon) of Erda, UT and Sherri Hironaka (Dennis); his brothers-in-law, David Romine (Skip) of Richland, OR, Jerry Romine (Patty) of Clarkston, WA and Larry Romine (Suzy) of La Grande, OR.; Carlton, Dylan and Arabella Sims. He was also cherished by 15 nieces and nephews.
