He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Ira York Thomson Sr.; his sisters, Carol Rookard of Springfield and Betty Akerman of Eugene, Oregon.; his former wife Patricia Holeman; his daughter Jeannette Thomson of Vida, Oregon.; his wife Pat; his son York III (Hollie) of Cottonwood; his daughter-in-law Hollie; his daughter Jeanette; and his grandchildren, Sarah Harris (Bobby), Paul Bell, Joseph Thomson and Naomi Thomson. He was also cherished by five great grandchildren.
