He is survived by: his sons, Robert (Anna Smith), Vernon Jackson-Smith, Michael Smith and John (Dawn Fields); his brother Eddie Hummingbird; and his nieces, Delisha Arkeketa, Kacy Smith-Miller, Misty of Washington, Stacy Thompson, Blythe Thompson and Carol Hummingbird-Cardenas. He is also survived by several Grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
