With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arlene Winter (Aaronsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 9, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Arch Confer and Marion "Smith" Confer; and her brother Doyle Confer. She is survived by : her husband Randall E. Winter; her children, Wanda K. Nishitomi (Kurt) of Tehachapi, CA and Randy G. Winter; her sister Norma Jane Winter of Spring Mills; her grandchildren, Casey Jordan, Jennifer Weaver, Tracy Jordan and Sarah Brawley; and her great grandchildren, Aislin Jordan, Clayton Jordan, Lizzy Weaver and Allisyn Gaskins.
