He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Conrad Koller and Florence Cecilia McCauley; and his siblings, Elizabeth Koller, Florence DiMonte, George, Robert, Paul, John and Henry.
He is survived by: his sisters, Rosemary Kelly, Susanna Mullen, Bernadette Rumsey and Eileen Sobol. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, and his extended family.
