It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel C. Bastian III (Abington, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 27, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Samuel J. Bastian; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his significant other Betsy Shuss; his parent Florence Bastian; his brother Thomas (Roseann); and his sister-in-law Judith. He is also survived by 4 nephews and 2 nieces; and many other loving friends and relatives.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be to the Philadelphia Multiple Myeloma Networking Group, PO Box 426, Feasterville, PA 19053.
