It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas E. Mette Sr. in Abington, Pennsylvania, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 8, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold B. and Marie T. Mette, Sr. (Robbins); and his siblings, George E. Mette and Marie Krier. He is survived by: his wife Karen M. Mette (Merl); his sons, Thomas E. Mette, Jr., Shane H. Mette and Sean C. Black; his grandchildren, Marisa, Mathew, Mason and Alicia; his siblings, Harold B. Mette, Jr. and Suzanne Berboth (William); and his brothers-in-law, Peter Merl (Rosemary) and Randy Merl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
