He was predeceased by : his father Carl Wayne Burkholder; his brother Scott; and his grandparents, Randall and Ida Burkholder. He is survived by : his mother Marsha Boring; his stepfather Rick Boring; his sister Brenna Richards; his grandparents, Wayne and Diane Kantorik; and his stepbrother Ashley Lichtenfels. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
