He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Hamlin and Madelyn Hamlin (Reighard); and his son Troy Joseph Hamlin. He is survived by: his wife Ann M. (Lanza); his children, Stephen C. (Kathleen) and Kathie Jo (Jeff Reep) of Clarion; and his grandsons, Emerson Hamlin, Stevie Lauren Hamlin, Matthew Marchalonis and Michael Marchalonis.
