With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew M Hughes of Albrightsville, Pennsylvania, born in Denville, New Jersey, who passed away on February 19, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Hughes and Elizabeth Hughes (Schafer). He is survived by : his close friend Stephanie Bajnoczy; his children, Madelyn Hughes and George Hughes; his siblings, Patrick Hughes (Robin), Kathleen Conlon (Daniel) and Maureen Powell (Anthony); and his pets, Schnoodles and Stanley. He is also survived by several nieces, a nephew, a maternal aunt and several cousins.
