She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Thomas Beatty and Katie Juanita Beatty (Rains); and her granddaughter Tessa Renee Spurlin. She is survived by : her husband Frederick E. Spurlin, Sr.; her children, Frederick E. Spurlin, Jr. (Tammy) of Alexandria, Christina A. Spurlin (Ben Mackey) of Saltillo and Raymond T. Spurlin of Mapleton Depot; her nephew Brady T. Musick (Heather Price) of Mapleton Depot; her grandchildren, Caitlyn, Hannah, Madison Brumbaugh, Kyler, Brody, Emmet Spurlin, Ethan, Madalynn and Trenton Musick; her great grandchild Laken R. Brumbaugh; her siblings, Deb Moore of Huntingdon, Rose Koballa and Dennis Beatty, Sr. of Cleveland, OH; and her cousin Carl Rains of Minnesota. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and nephews.
