He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Opsatnik and Anna Opsatnik; his wife Adriana Opsatnik; and his granddaughter Vanessa Michael. He is survived by: his children, Alida Michael, Rita (Richard Janicki), Andrew M. (Lorraine Opsatnik) and Jeffrey Opsatnik; and his grandsons, Jason Michael and Brad Janicki.
