She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas and Marsha Thomas; her husband Paul Girata, Sr.; her son-in-law Edward Kuphal; and her siblings, Murphy Thomas, Anthony Thomas, Charles Thomas, Mary Harb and Doris Ursida (Tootsie).
She is survived by: her sister Alice Michael; her sisters-in-law, Carmella Girata and Lucy Thomas; her children, Annette Kuphal, Paul Girata, Jr., Dan Girata (Anne) and John Girata Sr. (Bernie); her grandchildren, Christopher Girata (Nicole), Nancy Reynolds (Matthew), Aaron Girata, Carol Girata (Tim Whittemore), Lora Girata, John Girata, Jr., Michael Girata (Rachel) and Christine Girata; and her great grandchildren, Brayden Girata, Layna Girata, Annemarie Girata, Jackson Reynolds, Scarlett Reynolds, Henry Whittemore, Nicholas Girata and Miles Girata.
All COVID restrictions in place by the Diocese of Pittsburgh will be followed – masks must be worn and social distancing in the church.
