She was predeceased by: her parents, Emilio Fortunato and Lesena Fortunato (Morenda); her husband Sebastian Barletta; her siblings, Josephine Martella (Carmine), Rose DiBenedetto (Emideo), Serafino (Jean), Dominic and Frank Fortunato; and her sister-in-law Dolores Fortunato.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Annette (David Metzger), Christopher (Deborah Ross), Angela (William Tzilkowski), Gina (James Durkin), Mark (Angelica Sullivan) and Jennifer (Steve Shellist); her brother Ben Fortunato; and her sisters-in-law, Madaline Fortunato and Rosalind Fortunato. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
