Smith (Aliquippa, Pennsylvania), born in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 24, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Leonard and Kathleen Leonard (Eddy); her husband Charles "Pat" Smith; and her son Charles "Pat" Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Brian W. Smith (Missy) and Gregg S. Smith (Kerry); her grandchildren, Katy Smith (Brad Cipriani), L. B. Smith (Stephanie), Jocelyn Smith (Michael Fassinger) and Cydney Smith; her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Lennox, Scarlett, Kamryn and Wade; and her sister Joanna Zagorski.
