We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2020, at the age of 77, Charles Herman Carter (Aliquippa, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henrietta Carter and Ralph Carter; and his brother Phillip Reed Carter. He is survived by: his children, Janel (Robert), Rolanda Mayo (Dewayne) and Nicole (Anthony); his granddaughter Jannea Wolff (Eric); his great grandchildren, Zoly and Zara Wolff; and his siblings, Marvia Hill, Raymond, Bobby, Clarence, Donny, Wayne, Ronald Carter and Veronica Burnette. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
