He was predeceased by: his siblings, Eathel, Edna, Nona, Zelpha, Lauda, James, Gayle, Jack, Ruth and Bob; and his children, Susan (Sambol) and Randall Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Louise (Buchanan); his daughters, Angela Caplinger (Donnie) of Monaca and Amy Falcon (Anthony) of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Danielle Caplinger of Monaca, Derek Caplinger of Rochester and Winter Falcon of Pittsburgh; and his great grandchildren, Madisyn Michelle and Leland Russell Harris Caplinger. He is also survived by in-laws, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
