He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Sr. Riggins and Pauline Riggins (Rogan); his brother William Riggins, Jr.; his nephew Billy Riggins; and his parents-in-law, Bill and Nelma Meehan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Morgan Bassaly (Rifaat) and Tara Miles (Josh); his grandchildren, Tatum LeDonne, Benjamin Bassaly, Molly and Caroline Miles; his former wife Theresa Chapes; his siblings, Sean Riggins (Dana), Pat Shaw (Marlin), Roberta Moody (Del), Jeanne Biggins (Bruce) and Cathy Cooper (Joe); his sister-in-law Marcella Riggins; and his cousin Robbie Riggins. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, and devoted friends.
