She was predeceased by: her parent Vid Bochak. She is survived by: her parent Victoria Bochak; her husband Frank Mihelic; her siblings, Andy, Emil, Nick Bochak and Tessie Sharek; her son Frank Mihelic; her daughter-in-law Connie Mihelic; and her daughter Sandra Mihelic. She is also survived by six grandchildren, five great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made if desired to St. Titus or Our Lady of Fatima Church in memory of Frances.
