He is survived by: his mother Martha Boothe; his wife Deanne Fogg (Trembath); his children, Dovovin, Hanna and Sara; his sister Darla; his brother-in-law Fred Mueller; his brother Bay B. Boothe, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Suzanne, John Zuniga, Ron and Chuck Trembath. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
