He is survived by: his wife Serita Lay; his children, DaJuan Lay, Viola Lay (Rie), Jearmika Lay, Chris Ingram and Roxanne Farr of Memphis, Tennessee; his stepchildren, Eric Johnson-Witcher of Philadelphia, PA, Meoshe Morris and Shantel Mckenzie; his siblings, Gloria Emerson, Theresa Lay and Jessie L.; his sister-in-law Theresa Bullock; and his cousin Herman Marchman, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
