He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Flati; his mother Roberta Flati; his sister Jamie Flati; his parents-in-law, Regis Jr and Janice Welsh, Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Wendy Welsh (Jarrod Weeks), Joze Welsh and Regis Welsh III (Rachel); his sibling's children, Sara, Mallory, Regis IV and Josiah; his uncles, Cydney Doyle, Barbara Maccani, Richard Maccani, Paul Flati and Carla Flati; and his pets, Ralphus, Sam, Missy, Bernie and Eclipse.
