It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathryn Mihalik of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 10, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Mihalik; her parents, Adam and Catherine; and her siblings, Anne, Nick, John, Paul, Joseph and Mary.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Mihalik (Scott Roeh) and Kara Mihalik (Levi Stone); her granddaughter Gabbi Stone; her sister-in-law Dee Yurkovich; her brother Andy; her sister-in-law Virginia Mihalik; her sibling's children, Paula Yurkovich, Patti Yurkovich (Brett Berman), Jan Irons (Scott), John Yurkovich, Rick Mihalik, Carol Olson (Jerry), Mary Marshall (Tom), A. J. Mihalik, Sherry Wilkin (Wayne) and Judi Heathcock; her friends, Rita Hrubovcak, Pauline Johnston, Phyllis Miller, Jeane Kashiwsky and Joanne Vukmaravich; and her close friend Loki.
Kay's family sends unending thanks to her fellow nurses Amanda Estermeier, Kevin Myers and Denise McKenzie, who so graciously supported her in her valiant battle against the COVID virus.
