She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sr. and Ann Unis (Mowad); her former husband John "Jup" Tisak; and her brothers, Charles Unis, Sr., Albert J. Unis, Frank Unis, Sr. and Ralph E. Unis.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Tisak, Jeanette Taylor and Claudette Zatezalo (Danny); her grandchildren, Beau (Lauren), Sarah and Alissa; and her great grandchild Katelyn.
