She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Marie Gilliam Sanders; her husband Albert Curenton Sr.; her son Albert Curenton Jr; her brothers, Earl Gilliam Sr. and James Arthur Gilliam; her children, Mamie Curenton, James Curenton (Avis), Beaver Falls, Eugene Curenton, Annette Curenton, Timothy Curenton, Charles Curenton and Vincent Curenton (Desi Curenton); and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Joyce Curenton, Mary Curenton, O'Dell Curenton of Union and Berry Peake of Union. She was also cherished by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
