He was predeceased by: his wife Elena "Helen" Grippa (Sildra); his brothers, Argante and Amilcare; and his grandson Dennis White. He is survived by: his children, Mario Grippa (Michele) of Aliquippa and Rose White; his grandchildren, Kristine Hughes (Stiffler), Marissa Julin (Grippa), Carly Valek (Grippa), Hayley Grippa and Joseph Fehir; his great grandchildren, Jordyn Hughes, Devyn Hughes, Carter White, Hailee White and Calia Fehir; his sister-in-law Liliana Grippa; and his mother Teresa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
