She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fulton and Clara Nesbitt-Fulton; her husband Richard H. Kephart; and her children-in-law, Mary Kephart and Scott Michael.

She is survived by: her sons, Richard Lee Kephart, James Sherman Kephart (Darlene) and Craig Arlen Kephart (Bridgette); her grandchildren, Shaun, Andrew, Brian, Caitlin and Justin; her stepgranddaughter Amber Brown; and her great grandchildren, Omi-Grace, Adrian and Rylee. She is also survived by several in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
