He is survived by: his wife Hattie Anderson (Walker); his children, Colvin Anderson, Tonya Johnson, Marvina Anderson and Marvin Anderson Jr. (Kim); his grandchildren, Kiana, Shavhan, Sylvester, Tiesha, Tytiana, Silkena, Se'Lah and Marvin III; his siblings, George M. Anderson Jr. and Abbie Carter; his sisters-in-law, Nora Spears (John) and Sallie Walker; and his friends, Bobby Thomas and Leonard Newman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
