He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sambol and Claire Sambol; his brother Anthony; his sister-in-law Carol Sambol; and his brother Paul Sambol.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kelly" (Kelly); and his sister Jeanie.

Due to COVID-19 there will not be any public visitation.
