He is survived by: his parent Alice Orsen (Moch); his wife Elena Orsen (Ramunno); his brother Joseph Orsen; his sister-in-law Carol Orsen; his sister Portia Ulinski; his brother-in-law Jim Ulinski; his siblings' children, Joseph, Jonathan, Jason, Daniel, Amy and Andrew; his sisters-in-law, Annette Smith and Thelma Palko; and his siblings' children, Mark, Bob, Maureen and Deena.
In lieu of flowers donation may be made in memory of Rich to St.Titus Parish Share or Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 862.
