He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Smallwood and Cynthia Smallwood (Thompson) of Center Twp; and his grandparents, Chuck, Thelma Smallwood, Oliver and Ellen Thompson.
He is survived by: his son Richie Smallwood; his former wife Kathy Smallwood (Yaramus); his brother Aaron Smallwood (Karen); his nephews, Aaron and Jacob; and his friend Marsha Mann. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
