He is survived by: his wife Peggy Shalvis; his children, Brent Hall (Jody) and Bree Malackanich (Shawn); his grandchildren, Layton, Keegan, Amira and Sydney; and his siblings, Tom Shalvis (Donna) and Linda Shalvis.
