He was predeceased by: his wife Krysten Oaks (Cathey); his grandparents, Alice Oaks, Jim and Gloria Milleage; his aunts, Chrissy Oaks and Phyllis Cody; his uncle Robert Weston; and his cousin Jeffrey Weston.
He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Oaks and Joyce Oaks (Milleage); his son Aiden Oaks; his sister Allison Oaks; his mother-in-law Dina Gross; his grandmother Fran of Ashville, NC; and his aunts and uncles, Mary Weston, James Milleage, Martin Oaks (Lori), Joanne Capperis (Thomas) and Terry Oaks (Kathy).
