With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Samantha Williams Dykes of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 16, 2025 at the age of 70. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gussie D. Williams and Lonzo Arrington, Sr.; her husband Robert E. Dykes, Sr.; and her siblings, Levon Williams, Willie "June Bug" Williams, Tracy Arrington, Cleveland Arrington, Bill Arrington, Penny Faith Williams, Lillie Bernice Williams, Carolyn Amanda Williams, Joycelyn Ann Gilmore and Lois Arrington.
She is survived by: her children, Tamara Williams (Mark Hunter) of Jacksonville, FL, Kenya Morgan (James Brace) of Erie, PA, LaShanna Morgan of Jacksonville, FL., Charles D. Williams, Jr. of Erie, PA., Devonna Johnson of Pittsburgh, PA, Tonya Akins of Erie, PA., Barry Akins of Erie, Robert Dykes Jr. (Tomica) of Erie and Philip Dykes of Erie; her siblings, Deborah Bolden of Erie, PA, Lizzy Williams of Erie, PA, Yvette Arrington of Erie, PA, Rose Meredith of Texas, Fred Williams of Erie, PA., Charles D. Williams, Sr. of Erie, PA. and Lonzo Arrington, Jr. of Erie, PA.; her grandchildren, Shaquille Logan, Dominique Burnett, Patrick Burnett, Tamar Jones, Tamauryon Morgan, Tayon Morgan, Tamere Burnett, Tavonne Burnett, Tahjgere Morgan, Tahjmere Morgan, Tristan Walters, Mark Williams-Hunter, Bri'an Walters, Braylon Walters and James Brace; her great grandchildren, Carter Crawford, Alayiah Crawford-Williams, Demi Burnett, Makaio Burnett and Isley Burnett; and her siblings' children, Erika Williams, Tina Gilmore and Edward Williams.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Victory Christian Center Cathedral (1129 Pennsylvania Ave, Erie, PA 16503). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
