He was predeceased by: his parents, Pio Colonna and Ida Colonna (Salvati); and his brothers, John, Victor and Edward Colonna.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Marge" Colonna (Harcher); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Colonna, Aliquippa, Theresa Colonna and Beaver. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
