He is survived by: his wife Rachel E. Lelik (Couser); his daughters, Dr. Andrea S. Clem (Jack Ramey) of Chicago, ILL and Kristine M. Gillotti (Gregory) of Reading, PA.; his grandchildren, Philip Stillwagon, Caitlin Stillwagon and Nicole Gillotti; and his son-in-law Mark Stillwagon.
