He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Foster and Mildred Brink; his sister Ruth Foster; and his granddaughter Megan. He is survived by : his wife Linda Sue of Sherrett; his children, Janette Pennington of Kittanning, Annette Dranzik (Brian) of Chicora and James S. Foster (Rachelle) of Cowansville; his grandchildren, Patrick, Tomirlea, Madison and Tyler; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Ellie Mai, River, Bellany and Charlie.
