He was predeceased by: his parents, David E. Fisher and Hannah Fisher (Schweitzer). He is survived by: his wife Theresa M. Fisher (Younger); and his children, Vida Frankenfield (Dale) and David E. Fisher (Margie). He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; 16 Great-Grandchildren; 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Services: Due to COVID 19, a memorial mass will be announced at a later date.
