He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Smith and Jean Smith (Hogge); and his grandson Zachary. He is survived by: his wife Perie; his sons, Kevin A. (Kalyn) and Kyle A. (Sherry); and his grandchildren, Dylan, Meghan and Sawyer. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
