We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2018, at the age of 88, Barbara (Babs) N. Oates (Allentown, Pennsylvania), born in Montréal, Québec passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Norris and Doris Norris; her brother Fred Norris; her sons, Kenton (Diane) and Steven (Nancy); her grandchildren, Lauren, Emily and Derek; and her great grandchildren, Rowan and Kiera.
