He is survived by: his father Joseph Stephen Kreft; his brother Mark Stephen (Susan); his uncle James (Karen); his aunts, Doreen Bellamy and Pauline Harris; and his cousins, Gillian, Pauline, Carol, Debbie, Paula, Stephen, Ian and Stephanie Fossard.
