He was predeceased by: his parents, Llewellyn Koch and Anna Koch (Rohrbach); and his son Scott. He is survived by: his wife Shirlene K. Bennett; his daughters, Brenda Koch (Judy Bennison) and Carol Lamm; and his daughter-in-law Jill Koch. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren.
