He is survived by: his wife Marianne Canning (Simko); his children, Charles C. Canning (Melody A.) of Centre Hall, PA and Karen M. Moussa (Farid) of Littlestown, PA; his brother Robert J. Canning (Janet) of Walnut Creek, CA; and his grandchildren, Bridget Canning, Adib Moussa, Robin Moussa and Glenn Canning.
