He is survived by: his wife Gloria Schaffer (Hockman); his children, Duane of Allentown, Kevin of Reading, Travis of Allentown, Gwenda P. Benner of Emmaus, Dana C. Menditto of Missouri and Daphne A. Schaffer of Florida; and his sister Margaret Urland of Emmaus. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
