She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. O. and Edythe C. Kuhns (Brightfeld); and her son Phillip A.. She is survived by: her husband William A.; her son Christopher A. (Bella); her siblings, Michael (Barbara) and Debra; and her grandchildren, Macie and Phillip.
