He was predeceased by: his parent Harry A.. He is survived by: his spouse Bonita L. Steitz (Knerr); his parent Esther E. M. Steitz (Henninger); his daughters, Beth Sucro and Jennifer Entwinsle; and his grandchildren, Evelyn, Milo, Sadie and Willa.

A calling hour will begin at 10:00 am In lieu of flowers, a donation in Dale's memory may be made to Alzheimer's Association c/o the funeral home.
