He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel Lamar and Grace Elaine Kelshaw (Munroe); and his brother James Kelshaw. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia L. Kelshaw (Kleckner); his daughter Hallie Kelshaw of Pottsville; his brothers, Ronald Kelshaw of Oklahoma and Robert Kelshaw (Dawn) of Port Richie, FL; his sister-in-law Kathy Kelshaw of Bethlehem; his granddaughter Rhianna Rivera; and his great grandchild Liam Rivera.
