He was predeceased by: his wife Bernice S. Kincaid (Bellesfield); his parents, Robert S. Kincaid and Alice Kincaid (Gehris); and his brother Robert, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Christopher L. Kincaid (Donna M. Kopes) of Bethlehem and Cheryl Ann Saul (Charles) of Emmaus; his grandchildren, Markus, Lyndsey and Carrie; his great grandchild Autumn; and his siblings, Ronald of Breinigsville, Paul of Allentown, Sharon Taylor of Germansville and Sheila Humphrey of Fogelsville.
